Animal Chiropractic
As with people, most animals can benefit from chiropractic care. Adjusting has been shown to aid in the prevention of many disorders including luxating patellas, hip disorders, ACL injuries, herniated/ruptured discs, incontinence, hind end weakness/paralysis, allergies and chronic ear infections, to name a few. The majority of diseases seen in animals today are a result of poor nutrition, inadequate exercise, exposure to enviornmental toxins, stress, and a poorly functioning nervous system. The nervous system regulates every function in the body (organs, movement, ability to fight off diseases and the ability to heal from trauma). If this system is not communicating properly with the rest of the body, this can contibute to many different disorders. Angelique is certified as a Veterinary Chiropractitioners and she is trained to find and correct these areas of miscommunication.

I currently work with many dogs, some cats and a few exotics, but my specialty is horses. If you have a horse with lameness issues, attitude problems, inability to pick up a lead, trouble bending to one side, etc., I encourage you to see what chiropractic can do for your horse. Along with adjusting the horse, I also do somato-visceral work, myofascial release, hoof evaluation, nutritional counseling, saddle evaluation and rider postural evaulation. Addressing these issues can have a HUGE impact on the horse's ability to perform.
